Your Zepl Account

As part of signing up for Zepl or joining a colleague's organization, you create a Zepl Account for that organization. If you are a member of multiple organizations, you have a separate Zepl Account for each organization you are a member of. Your Zepl Account is tied directly to your email address.

Uploading Profile Picture

Account profile pictures are used throughout your Zepl Organization to make it simpler to distinguish different users. The profile picture that is generated for accounts by default is the first letters of a user's first and last name. Updating your profile picture is simple from your account settings page - just upload an image file from your computer and click Upload to confirm the change.

Users with the appropriate permissions (Organization Owners and Security Administrators are the default policies which grant these permissions) can also edit profile pictures for other members of the organization from the members page.

Update Personal Information

Each Zepl account has a few bits of user information that are used throughout the application for experience purposed or used by Zepl for support purposes. These fields are populated in the account creation flow and can be edited from your user profile.

Users with the appropriate permissions (Organization Owners and Security Administrators are the default policies which grant these permissions) can also edit personal information for other members of the organization from the members page.

Update Credentials

If your organization is using Zepl's username and password authentication, you may want to rotate or change your password periodically. From your Zepl account page, you can update your Zepl Password.
