Trial & Billing

Zepl Free Trial

As part of the free trial, your organization receives $100 of free Zepl credits and 30 days to experience working together in data science. Users can draw down from this free trial balance until the end of their trial. If you convert by the end of the free trial, you keep the remainder of your credit balance.
Please note that at this time, we only allow users to create a single organization with their email address. To perform a more comprehensive trial, please contact [email protected]
You can monitor your trial status in the lower left corner of product as well as in the usage page of the product. Here you will find the days remaining until the end of your free trial.

Usage Billing Model

Zepl bills by usage: every time you are running a notebook in the platform, we are tracking the usage to the second. We charge an hourly credit rate for each container resource we offer - depending on the size of the machines you run and how long you run them for.
We charge users credit cards:
  • At the end of the month, for all the outstanding unbilled usage
  • At the end of the month, a minimum of $25 per organization
  • In the middle of the month, if user owes over $500 in unbilled credit

Activate Your Organization

The goal of the free trial is to help you understand how Zepl can help you solve some of your data science workflow challenges. If your Organization understands that value and is ready to become a Zepl customer, the upgrade process is easy.
  1. 1.
    Navigate to Settings
  2. 2.
    Select Billing
  3. 3.
Add Payment Method in the open fields
  4. 4.
    Click Submit

Purchase Agreements

If you think your Organization will need a non-credit card billing method, consider signing a purchase agreement with sales ([email protected]). Zepl will manually add credits to your account so you can draw down the balance.
You can track your credit usage on our usage page and view a summary of invoices on our billing page. Please note, these pages are restricted to users with appropriate permissions.
